NAD+ supplements

Wholly You NMN Plus

Wholly You NMN Plus is a capsule, providing 200 mg of its NAD+ precursor per serving, across 60 servings per container. Every figure here comes from the label filed with the NIH, not from the brand.

Regulatory status of NMN, checked 1 October 2026. The FDA excluded NMN from the definition of a dietary supplement in 2022, then reversed that position: in letters dated 29 September 2025 it confirmed NMN is not excluded, and on 9 December 2025 it published New Dietary Ingredient response letters for NMN suppliers. NMN is still treated as a New Dietary Ingredient, so a supplier must notify the FDA before marketing it. NMN does not appear on the FDA ingredient directory as an ingredient of concern as of its 1 May 2026 update. This is a moving area: check the current position before relying on it.
