Terms of Service

These terms cover two different things: using the peptides.io website, and buying the at-home blood test kit we sell. Section 4 is the part that explains the monthly plan and how to cancel it. Please read it before you order.

1. Accepting these terms

By using peptides.io or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date above shows the last change, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

2. What peptides.io is

peptides.io is an independent health information and comparison platform, and a retailer of an at-home blood sample collection kit. We are not a laboratory, a pharmacy, a telehealth provider or a healthcare provider of any kind.

3. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over and shipping to an address in the United States. We cannot ship kits to New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island, which restrict at-home laboratory testing. If you order to one of those states we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. What you are buying

A single kit, one time. This is not a subscription.

• Your first kit is $49.99, shipping included. That is a first-order price, one per customer; the regular price of a kit is $89.99.
• Nothing recurring is set up, nothing is saved to charge later, and there is nothing to cancel.
• If you want to test again, you order again, either as another single kit or by starting a plan yourself from your account. A plan never starts unless you choose it there, and Stripe shows you the price and takes your authorisation at that point.
• If you do start a plan, you can skip up to 3 kits in a row, or cancel any time with no fee, from your account.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

5. Shipping and delivery

Kits ship free, in plain packaging, and typically arrive in 5 to 7 business days. A prepaid return envelope is in the box. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Using the kit and getting results

The kit collects a dried blood spot from a finger prick. You must register the kit online using the barcode in the box and write the same name on the collection card, or the laboratory cannot match your sample to you.

Your sample is processed by CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited partner laboratories, and every order is reviewed by a licensed clinician before the laboratory runs it. Results typically come back 3 to 5 days after the laboratory receives your sample. Turnaround depends on the postal service and the laboratory and is not guaranteed.

Results are produced and released by the laboratory. peptides.io does not perform testing and does not interpret your results for you.

7. Refunds, cancellations and the guarantee

• Before your kit ships, cancel for any reason and we refund you in full.
• Within 30 days of delivery, if you are not happy with your purchase, email hello@peptides.io and we will make it right. This is our 30-day money back guarantee.
• A used collection kit cannot be reused or resold, so we cannot refund a kit that has already been returned to the laboratory and processed, except where the law requires it or where something went wrong on our side.
• Cancelling the monthly plan stops future charges. It does not refund kits already shipped, which are covered by the guarantee above.

8. Not medical advice

Everything on peptides.io, including guides, reviews, quizzes, readings and any explanation of a test marker, is for information and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for talking to a licensed healthcare provider. Never ignore professional medical advice, or delay getting it, because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911.

9. No doctor-patient relationship

Using peptides.io, buying a kit, or reading a result does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and peptides.io. The clinician who reviews an order does so for the laboratory's ordering requirements and is not acting as your personal physician.

10. Quizzes, readings and other free tools

Our quizzes and the daily, weekly and monthly readings in your account are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not a health assessment, not a diagnosis, and they are not based on your blood test results.

11. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.

12. Affiliate links and advertising

Some links on peptides.io are affiliate links to third-party providers. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change our editorial rankings or recommendations. Our own blood test kit is a product we sell directly, not an affiliate offer.

13. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that everything is correct at all times. Prices, availability and third-party provider details can change without notice.

14. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape or copy our content at scale, to interfere with the site's operation, or to resell anything you buy from us.

15. Our content

The text, images, graphics and design on peptides.io belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share links to them. You may not republish them commercially without our permission.

16. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The site and the kit are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires and cannot exclude. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which peptides.io is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
